Well I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what I'm going to make for my next submissions. I have tons of recipes already but are they worthy? Are they creative enough? I will just have to pick a few and go with it. Keep your eyes peeled this week for my newest entries.
In the meantime you might want to try these Philadelphia Jalapeno & Cheese Pinwheels. I entered these last week in the Real Women of Philadelphia Contest for the Appetizer category. They are so delicious and remember you can always make the mixture ahead of time and keep them in the freezer.
